The Ideal Pokémon Legends: Z-A Super Form Based on Your Zodiac Sign
This comeback of Super Forms in Pokémon Legends: Z-A has sparked widespread excitement across the fandom. From the gradual unveiling of fresh additions ahead of the title's release, to players forming firm views on the full roster of new Megas, there's plenty for enthusiasts to look forward to.
With many of the Super Forms boasting unique appearances that emphasize their traits, one thought came to mind: How can link this with astrology? This list is based on a mix of intuition, sign stereotypes, and individual observations.
Aries – Super Camerupt
To be truthful, Houndour's evolution was almost selected for this fire sign, as they are the Super Form and astrological sign that inspire the most fear. However, a Super Houndoom appears as always furious, which isn't typical of the Ram's energy, renowned for being playful, cheerful, and spontaneous. This makes Aries much more akin to Mega Camerupt, which only erupts when provoked. Stay on the good side of both and enjoy a powerful partner; should you offend them, be ready to get burned.
The Bull – Mega Heracross
Much like a loyal Bull, the steadfast Heracross, whether in its standard and Mega form, has assisted many trainers in Legends: Z-A. Though dependable, both the Pokémon and a Taurus are also Fighting types, and – be it their trainer or a strong opinion – will defend their position to the end. What about Mega Heracross that reminds me most of my Bull-sign companions, though, is its unashamed love of snacks. Many past official descriptions mention their craving for sweet sap and how it employs its appendage to hoard it everything, which is pure Taurus energy.
Gemini – Super Medicham
Look at this total queen. It's impossible to tell me this Pokémon is not the soul of any gathering, providing an constant fountain of gossip to those who wants to hear. Much like an captivating, sociable Gemini, it's very simple to imagine Super Medicham mesmerizing an whole open area with their tales. Medicham’s official description also mentions its capacity to predict an enemy’s next moves, which sounds very like a people-smart Twins.
The Crab – Super Manectric
Cancer is commonly considered as the most sensitive member of the astrological wheel, a passionate sign famous for often becoming absorbed in their feelings. According to the official info, Super Evolution fills the creature with a “huge amount of electricity, but it's excessive for this Pokémon to completely manage,” which sounds a lot like a typical Crab crash-out. This Pokémon is also known for its capability to make a thundercloud over its very self – and if there’s one thing a Crab is likely to do, it’s rain on their own parade.
Leo – Super Starmie
Well, did you think I was planning to select the lion Pokémon for the king of the stars? Aside from the reality that it would be far too on the nose, The Lion is obviously Mega Starmie, the star whose gams just went viral for being extremely glamorous (or terrifying, based on your preference). Players couldn’t look away from the purple sea star, and that’s precisely the same energy a Leo offers to the scene. This Pokémon is also said to be broadcasting signals from its center out into the cosmos, and it’s just like a Lion to be putting on a performance, albeit for extraterrestrials.
Virgo – Mega Victreebel
The ever-prepared and constantly-worried Virgo is perfectly encapsulated in Mega Victreebel, the Mega with constant digestive issues. The sign known for being charmingly critical is clearly mirrored throughout this Pokémon’s whole lineage, from a perpetually surprised expression like a Maiden when you inform them you lack a retirement plan, to its upside-down face that’s just like the symbol a Virgo posts to the chatroom when everyone says they want to “go with the flow” rather than making a strategy.
The Scales – Super Audino
Look at this sweet, empathetic creature, who employs the feelers on its ears to detect how others are emotionally by their heartbeat. Always compassionate – sometimes to a detriment – and striving to keep the harmony, there are many Libras who would likely appreciate Super Audino's skills. Though, let’s be honest, it would probably just make them worry more about others.
Scorpio – Mega Banette
This Ghost-type is a Pokémon with a surprisingly tragic backstory: Discarded as a toy, it gained sentient through sheer resentment and vowed revenge on its former owner. According to the Pokédex, Super Evolution, “enhances its spitefulness.” That sounds precisely like several conversations I’ve had with my scary Scorpion acquaintances. A Scorpio adores karma and retribution, making them the ideal pair with Super Banette.
Sagittarius – Mega Hawlucha
Each Super Hawlucha and Sagittarians are constantly putting on a performance. As a Sagittarius personally, the amount of times I’ve referred to myself some variation of a “playful small entertainer” is innumerable. The showiest and most obnoxious Mega Evolution, its Pokédex entry even mentions how it “flexes to display its power.” I would do the very same thing if I had some kind of Mega evolved form, making Super Hawlucha the most fitting Sagittarius counterpart I can imagine.
The Goat – Super Absol
Did you know that a Super Absol has the power to predict calamities in advance? That gives the identical energy as a Capricorn, who tends to consistently think they’re correct. The thing is, similar to a prophetic Super Absol, they often are. It’s also the absolute first Mega Evolution that players meet in Legends: Z-A – typical of a Capricorn to get in on the ground floor of the Mega trend.
The Water Bearer – Super Chandelure
Detached element Aquarius is possibly the non-fire sign that is most like a flame symbol – its counterpart is Leo, and there are numerous jokes about Sagittarius and Water Bearer being chaotic accomplices. Mega Chandelure’s double Spirit/Flame category fits seamlessly with this, and the Super Form's general intimidating aura is also extremely Aquarius. If you hadn't yet persuaded, the Super Form's Pokédex entry says it “draws in negative energy and transforms it into strength.” If that doesn’t exactly {encaps
